February Recap

February was just wow. I went to a school psychology conference, I started applying for internships, I grew a new white hair, I had a surprise party for my husband. It's been an alright month. A lot of it extremely stressful after so much school work and internship stuff. I did get a bunch of reading done this month, I read 25 books, which makes my reading total for the year so far at 61 books read.

Non-bookish Stuff:
I threw my husband a surprise birthday party for his golden 24th birthday.

My husband got me some amazing Valentine's Day gifts.

My husband is in an experimental psychology program. He proposed his thesis on his birthday.

Favorite book(s) of the month:
I loved Riveted! Jay Crownover rarely disappoints and I couldn't have loved this story more. Church and Dixie were beyond adorable. Here's my review if you're interested.

Book(s) that surprised me:
The Fill-In Boyfriend was such a surprise because it took me about four months to actually read it. I thought I would hate it after so much time it took me to read, instead I ended  up loving it.

Book Crush of the Month:
Dash Churchill is one yummy dude. I loved his story and the fact that he's biracial made me love him more.

Favorite Song of the Month:
I love this song so much!!!!

This year I had a goal to binge read through authors and books. The idea was to group a bunch of books together and binge read them like a Netflix show. This year my goals were to finish JLA's books, a random list, and to finish all my open series.

Sadly I have not finished any for this challenge. Hopefully I'll get one or two in March.

I finished one book for this challenge. So proud of myself for getting this one done. I hate endings so it's always hard for me to want to finish any.

I finished Everblue this month and it was fine. Hopefully this month will be more productive.

I finally started Harry Potter and it was awesome. I am probably going to finish this series very soon.

I read and reviewed a bunch of books towards my Netgalley challenge and then got more books. At one point this month I was at 70% but that quickly dropped the more books I got for review.

March Books I'm Excited About:

March:
So March is almost here and that means some craziness is going to be occurring. Hopefully my husband and I will hear about where we'll be moving this year, crossing my fingers.

I have spring break coming up and am hoping to relax a little bit.

School is going to be picking up (sadly) so we shall see how busy I end up getting.

Hope everyone had a good February. Let me know which books you're looking forward to in March and books you liked in February in the comments!
