Release Date: October 28th 2015

The Reaping was supposed to be three trials. Three trials, Victor Canidae had to complete and in doing so–he’d successfully earn Nerina Simpson as his mate.
Three Trials. For him only.
But the Goddess Selene has plans of her own. Plans that are far reaching and affect not only Pack Canidae, but Clan Denali. A concern that has all of the Northern territory pulling out their claws.
The council all agree, Nerina is not the answer, in turn, bringing back insecurities and concerns, Victor thought long buried. But with this new twist in the mix, there’s only three things either of them can do.
Face their fears,
Face each other.
And above all, do not fail.
Reese's Review:
The Reaping was absolutely fabulous not that I expected anything less from one of my all time favorite authors Tigris Eden. I have a deep love for Tigris Eden that could border on creepy. Her books hold biracial couples and yummy sexy scenes, alpha males, feisty strong female leads so you know I can’t help but love her books.

The Reaping is a ceremony the alpha and his mate need to take in order to be one with one another. Three trials for both of them and then they can be together forever. For Victor and Nerina it’s not that simple. Nerina is half vampire with a bit of werewolf blood in her and the way Victor’s pack sees it, she’s not fit to be Victors mate. Then the Goddess Selene steps in and all hell breaks lose for not only Nerina and Victor, but the whole pack.

I seriously love this woman’s books there is just no way around it.

Nerina is such a foxy lady and even with everyone against her and Victor she tells them where they can shove their opinions or she beats their- well you know. She’s such a strong female lead and she evens out Victor and takes him down a peg.

Victor is all alpha male and always has to think of the pack first. Except when it comes to Nerina. While he knows she’s the perfect mate for him, he battles with his packs needs and wants. I was definitely feeling for Victor and wanted to kick everyone’s butts who made things harder for this perfect couple.

Now I won’t give too much away but I will say the Three Trials are brutal and Nerina becomes so bad ass I can’t wait to read the next book to see who’s butts she’ll be kicking because she is fabulous!

Can’t wait for the sequel and so glad we got The Reaping in between so I don’t have to suffer the wait for book two too long.

If you haven’t started this series yet, what the heck are you doing reading this? Anyway go pick up Artic Bound ASAP!

Other reviews for this author:

One of Tigris’ fondest memories, was in the sixth grade, when her teacher read her story, “The Case of The Missing Pepperoni”, out loud to the class. It was then she decided she wanted to be a writer when she grew up. But like all childhood dreams, reality has a way of crashing in and disrupting plans. But her imagination and the voices inside her head never stopped talking. Every dream she could remember was jotted down in her dream journals.

When she’s not writing Tigris marvel’s at life’s gifts. She likes to take pictures of beautiful things. She openly admits that what she may find beautiful another person might not, and she’s perfectly okay with that. She enjoys her music and doesn’t leave home without it. Long pillow conversations with LL about nonsensical things, and hanging out with her boys, when they deem her “cool enough.”

Tigris is a military brat who’s done her fair share of travelling, thanks to her Army father. She’s married to the infamous LL and has three boys. She currently resides in Houston and is actively seeking a book-buddy for the end of the world.
