Blurb:
Reaper's Legacy is a raw and intensely erotic tale in Joanna Wylde's Reapers Motorcycle Club series.

Eight years ago, Sophie gave her heart-and her virginity-to Zach Barrett on a night that couldn't have been less romantic or more embarrassing. Zach's step-brother, a steely-muscled, tattooed biker named Ruger, caught them in the act, getting a peep show of Sophie he's never forgotten.

She may have lost her dignity that fateful night, but Sophie also gained something precious-her son Noah. Unfortunately, Zach's a deadbeat dad, leaving Ruger to be Noah's only male role model. When he discovers Sophie and his nephew living in near poverty, Ruger takes matters into his own hands-with the help of the Reapers Motorcycle Club-to give them a better life.

Living with outlaw bikers wasn't Sophie's plan for her son, but Ruger isn't giving her a choice. He'll be there for Noah, whether she wants him or not. But Sophie does want him, has always wanted him. Now she'll learn that taking a biker to bed can get a girl dirty in every way.
My Review:
Oh my goodness I fell in love with the Reaper MC series all over again with Reaper’s Legacy.

Sophie and Ruger have a complicated past. Zach was Sophie’s first love and also the father to her son Noah who Zach hasn’t cared about since he was in the womb. He’s been out of the picture a long time but Sophie has always had Ruger to count on. He’s more of a father than Zach ever was and Ruger loves Noah. Sophie and Ruger however do not get along at all. They fight on everything and they never hold back. Ruger wants Noah safe with him at the club so he can keep them safe and Sophie can actually do something more productive than working at bars and Sophie doesn’t want her son anywhere near Rugers club which she views as a gang of men who are sexist and do illegal activities. An upcoming war and some hot feelings definitely makes for some interesting nights.

Sophie at the beginning is incredibly innocent. She believes Zach is the bees knees or whatever. However as we see her later after she’s been raising Noah basically by herself she’s much harder and less trusting of everyone. She also battles her constant hot and heavy feelings towards Ruger since he claims he’s not a “one woman guy.” She only wants her son safe and happy and while many times that is with Ruger his lifestyle isn’t something she wants for her son so it was a constant battle for her between Ruger’s world and what she deemed as “better.”

Ruger is an alpha male with…pierced private parts. He is so so sooo different than Horse but I liked that. I loved how I got to read a lot more about the MC life through Ruger’s perspective. Ruger is a complete MC and has total loyalty for his brothers which brings a lot of conflict between him and Sophie on what is and what’s not appropriate for Noah. He isn’t really into feelings and such but he cares a lot about Sophie.

The sexiness levels of this book were something. The sexual tension between Ruger and Sophie flew off the pages like nothing I have ever read. Ruger has pierced parts which since I have read Jay Crownover’s stuff wasn’t as huge of a surprise as it was the first time I read it but of course Ruger had a huge well you know. Sophie and Ruger are seriously hot for each other the entire book even when they pretend not to be or when they’re ticked off at each other. It was seriously hot.

Now while there are a lot of dangerous situations in this book such as a kidnapping, abusive boyfriends, murder, drugs, stabbings, fighting, prison those kinds of things. The humor is this book was honestly out of this world. Horse is funny the Old Ladies are hilarious, and Ruger is funny too. Sophie’s inner thoughts are also pretty fantastic too. Especially when she’s cleaning up Ruger’s house and she starts making bins for all the stuff she finds.

Oh and Horse is so freaking funny in this book. I know this book was about Ruger and Sophie but Horse and Marie play a huge role in this book. They’re getting married and some of the main events with the hot and heavy revolve around Marie and Horses’ stuff so be on the look-out when you read this one.

Reaper’s Legacy is fantastic. I honestly could not get enough and if this series never ended that would be just fine with me. All the characters are fantastic and Joana Wylde is an amazingly fantastical magical writer so you know you should read her stuff. Just saying!

Favorite Quotes:
“Jesus, you piss me off,” he murmured. “Good thing your cunt’s so fucking hot.”
“Don’t call it that.”
His lip twitched.
“Good thing your vagina’s so gosh-darned hot,” he whispered. “Because I really, really want to stick my penis in it and have repeated sexual intercourse, bringing us to a mutually satisfactory culmination of our desires. How’s that sound?”

“Horse: Wood like you were sporting usually implies the opposite. Unless it was for me? If that's the case, I'm genuinely flattered. No judgements.

Teaser:
“Um, hate to break it to you, nut Em doesn't need justice", I pointed out, voice heavy with sarcasm. "She needs to not get cut with a knife in the first place. Women are finicky that way - we like not getting cut.”

Swoon:
“You didn’t hurt me, babe,” he said. “You marked me. Big difference. That night was the most important thing that’s ever happened in my life. Holding you, catching Noah—it changed me forever. I didn’t want to forget. So when the bruises started to fade, I went and got them inked, so I couldn’t.”
