What hyped up book do you think was worth all the talk?

I honestly love all of Jennifer L. Armentrouts books. I think she's made of awesome and all the hype over her books is honestly well deserved. I love her hottie guys, and her strong female protagonists. She makes her female characters amazing role models and for that I love her books even more. Plus...who can resist Daemon Black? 8)

What book did you think was worth all the hype?

  7. I've seen this one on the list a lot, and have said that I appreciate it being here, because I never would have even looked at it based on summary and cover alone!

  8. In reply to your comment on my blog about Harry Potter...

The thing to ask yourself is:

    Do you like Fantasy novels?

If fantasy novels aren't your thing, then you might think this is just an ok read, but if you enjoy them, then read on!

Also remember, these books age with the characters... as in, the first books start out more Middle Grade, and they evolve, getting darker, with more complex relationships as they go on. They kind of grew up as they went :)

I think people who try to read it now expect the first novels to be more YA than they are... because they are very MG... so they are disappointed.
